Welcome to use the on-line software service provided by Foshan Daokedao Soft Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to Daokedao). Daokedao provides you with free trial service so as to make you know more about our on-line software service.
To click “Agree to the Registration Protocol” indicates you have accepted and signed the following terms of use. If you disagree with that, the system would stop your register.
1、Key Terms
1.1 Please fill in your real information when in register.
1.2 The name of unit should not be modified after being input, please carefully check it before register.
1.3 Your register can take effect after being verified by Daokedao.
1.4 The efficient registered user can become a trial member after signing a contract with Daokedao.
1.5 The trial member can enjoy the full member service provided by Daokedao.
1.6 The time for trial member is one month.
1.7 If the member does not apply this service after it exceeds the deadline of trial period, the service for whom would be stopped.
1.8 The system will create your member number when in register, which is the unique identifier for your unit, please keep it in mind.
1.9 You can input the real data of your unit when in trail period, Daokedao preserve your data safety. When the trial period is run out and you have been a member after application, your data is still valid, and which will be protected safely and you will enjoy the member service in accordance with the signed agreement.
2、Other Agreements
2.1 Permission
The permission is not allowed to be sold, resold, reproduced or developed. To copy the products and service of Daokedao in commercial purpose is prohibited.
The concept of service, designed interfaces, functions and charts of Daokedao are prohibited to be copied and imitated. You only can enjoy our service in the business scope of your unit. To release Spam and lawbreaking information is prohibited. Releasing and saving the illegal data in any form are not allowed.
2.2 Obligation
You should bear any blame happened under the member number of your unit and comply with local, national and related laws and regulations. You have duty to inform Daokedao of any unauthorized password because of intentional or unintentional, active or passive operation, as well as the behavior on breaking security and damaging data.
2.3 Client’s Information and Data
Daokedao is responsible for the accuracy, reliability and legality of the data you input. If you are a member, Daokedao have responsibility and obligation to safeguard your data.
2.4 Intellectual Property
Daokedao has owned all the intellectual property rights of its products and services. You do not have the ownership of these products and services even if you have signed this agreement. The name and logo of Daokedao are the trademarks of Daokedao, which can not be used without authorization.
2.5 Statement for Advertisements or Other Links
Daokedao only provides you with the services based on the provisions of this Agreement when you use the service of Daokedao. Any activities and advertisements sent to you are foreign to Daokedao Soft, and Daokedao has no responsibility and obligation to offer any service to the advertisements and other links. To provide the links is just for the purpose of being convenient for you. If you need other third-party services beyond our business scope, the third party’s and your permission and approval are required.
2.6 Termination Conditions
The member number and service for free trial service provided you may be stopped or suspended by Daokedao in accordance with its unilateral adjustment.
2.7 Warranties
All the articles of this Agreement are subject to the law. Both parties must ensure respective legal authority on signing this Agreement. You must be assumed us that you would not obtain any demonstration and tryout services of Daokedao by taking advantage of false information and identification.
2.8 Exemption Clauses
Daokedao does not make any representations and warranties to the followings:
2.8.1 Errors nonoccurrence happed when the service of Daokedao integrated with any of your hardware, software, system or data;
2.8.2 Daokedao Soft Service can meet your requirements or experience;
2.8.3 You buy or obtain any products, service, information or other things meeting your requirements or experience from the third party through the service system of Daokedao;
2.8.4 Errors or defects will be modified.
2.9 Internet Delay
The service provided by Daokedao may generate limitations, delay and other problems because of the inherent flaws of Internet and electronic communications. Daokedao would assume no responsibility for any delay, and failure in sending caused by these problems.
2.10 Amendment of Terms
Daokedao has the rights to amend the terms of this Agreement or the policies related to the service at any time. As the terms of service, service content and service price are changed, Daokedao will prompt the changed content and effective time through appropriate channels. Party A can make the following choices:
2.10.1 If you do not agree with the changed content, you may cancel the obtained software service on your own initiative, and Daokedao will refund your balance after deducting the charge for the service you have enjoyed.
2.10.2 If you continue to have access to our software services, you will be deemed to have accepted the changes in our terms of service.
2.10.3 If you continue to use the software service of Party B, it’s necessary that you should carefully read the latest Terms of Service and re-confirmed again. When the disputes occur, it’s subject to our latest terms of service, service content and service price.
